Tom Alsip - Owner

 Tom has been in the utility locating industry for over 23 years. He began utility locating in 1999 with a nationwide firm.  Hired and trained in production locate services he located for municipalities throughout west and middle TN and was selected to represent the company in the first ever International Locate Rodeo in Georgia. Tom placed in the top 10 among hundreds of utility locating technicians from across the world.

In 2009, Alsip Locating Service, LLC was born, specializing in private utility locating, ground penetrating radar, utility GIS mapping, concrete scanning, water leak detection, sewer scope, pipeline inspection, and drone technologies. 

Charlie has over 18 years experience as a natural gas line technician and utility locator. Installing and maintaining natural gas pipe lines in middle Tennessee. Sharing 17 of those years in the field locating water, waste water, natural gas, electrical, telephone and fiberoptic utilities.  Utilizing  GIS / GPS mapping software, Electromagnetic Locating Equipment, and Ground Penetrating Radar technology.

Charlie brings an extensive amount of  knowledge and wisdom to the projects for Alsip Locating Service, LLC.  

Christian Alsip has been with Alsip Locating Service, LLC for the past 3 years.  While finishing up school, Christian is on site during school breaks, weekends, and after hour projects.  Christian is our Lead GPR Concrete Scanning technician. He also assists in field locating and GPR projects.  Christian maintains the company vehicles, social media platforms, and follows up on equipment software updates.  Keeping our trucks and equipment operating at 100%
